General Arena Policies

Smoking Policy

Smoking is NOT permitted in building, except in the designated "Smoking Area."

Re-Entry Policy

No re-entry into the Center except from the designated "Smoking Area."

Cameras and Audio/Video Equipment

Video Equipment is prohibited for all BankUnited Center Events.  Cameras are generally prohibited for all concerts, but  permitted for most graduation ceremonies.  Please check with individual school.  For additional information please check the event page on the website or contact us for more information at 305-284-8686 option 7.

First Aid

If a guest requires first aid there is a First Aid Room located on the lower level under section 109.

Lost and Found

All lost items are brought to the Security Office. The item is tagged with the location found (section, row, seat), along with the date.  After an event, lost items may be picked up at the Security Office. Items will be held for thirty days. Please call 305-284-8209 to see if your item has been found.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is permitted in suites and the Hurricane 100 banquet room. Alcohol is prohibited in all other areas of the arena, except for select adult oriented concerts/shows.

Children Rules

All ages welcome. Ages 0-1 admitted free on ticket holder's lap. Child ticket policies vary per event, please call the venue at 305-284-8686. All strollers must be checked upon entering the building.

- no bags larger than 8 1/2" X 11"
- no glass bottles
- no aluminum cans
- no coolers
- no thermos containers
- no laser pointers
- no outside food or beverages
- no skateboards
- no roller blades
- no sticks or clubs
- no stools
- no folding chairs
- no water bottles/mugs
- no baby strollers
- no laptop computers
- no umbrellas
