Additional fees
All seats are subject to a facility fee. Tickets purchased online, through Ticketmaster charge by phone, at a Ticketmaster outlet or at the BankUnited Center box office are subject to additional service charges.

Will Call Window
Will Call opens 2 hours prior to start of show. Must present Photo ID and credit card that tickets were purchased with. Tickets purchased online for pick up at the Will Call window will be available 24 hours after transaction completed.

Tickets for Children
Discounted ticket prices for kids are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. UM athletics requires everyone to have a ticket regardless of age to be admitted to UM basketball games.

Group/Suite Sales
Group discounts are offered for some events at the BankUnited Center. Premium Level Suite tickets are available for all events at the BankUnited Center. Anyone interested in purchasing tickets for a group or to use a suite, may contact the Marketing Coordinator at (305) 284-8165 or email adobin@miami.edu. Typically, the minimum order is 10 tickets but this may vary per event.

Cancelled or Postponed Events
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the BankUnited Center website and event line. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new date has passed.

Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase. Exchanges will only be awarded in extraordinary cases.

Lost TicketsIf the tickets were purchased at the BankUnited Center Box Office:

• Cash payment: Call or come in to the BankUnited Center. All efforts will be made to find a record of your ticket purchase. If no record can be found, then the tickets cannot be replaced.
• Credit Card Payment: Call or come in to the BankUnited Center Box Office. The following information will be required: customer's name, date of purchase, type of credit card used. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided.

Features for Patrons with Disabilities
Wheelchair access is available through the Suite/Elevator entrance on the south side of the building.

Handicap Seating
Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the BankUnited Center. Handicap seating is available to the patron with disability and one guest.

Handicap Parking
For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the BankUnited Center. Handicap accessible parking is available in all of the parking lots surrounding the venue. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the BankUnited Center and then park their car in one of the lots and then meet that person inside the BankUnited Center. Parking fees are already included in ticket prices.
